yeah, I'm not that clever...the subject title is a name of a non-profit organization here in the Queen City (Charlotte, that is) that incorporates running.
But I am stealing it describe Kayla and I today...man, we are so proud of ourselves. We have been doing this 3.5 mile run this week (last Thursday, this past Tuesday and today). When we first did it last Thursday we seriously had to stop a few times to catch our breath and walk...but today we were smokin'. We ran 1.75 miles straight without stopping but then on the way back we stopped briefly to catch our breath and cross a few streets...but we probably ran at least 3 miles. I am so proud...Katy we are catching up! :)
We are planning on running 5 miles on Saturday! Girls on the run....watch out!!!

Good job girl. I can't wait to start running again after Kaylee is born. I really wanted to be a part of the gate river run this year, but it looks like I will have to wait another year on that one. Good Luck!!

I am so proud of you. Wow. You inspire me! I have always wanted to run at least some distance that is more than the distance between where I am and where Cly-Darien has his scissors in position above Hailey's hair. It looks like married life is agreeing with you my friend!
