its impossible to get them all standing still and smiling at the camera!!

we started this project on monday...yeah, it took ALL week...

hayden (aka crazy hair) and avery...avery has never called him by his real name...its always her calling him peyton and him yelling, "my names not peyton its HAYden.." if I had a dollar for everytime i heard this argument...

when we work on our number recognition we play this game...each one gets a number and has to line up in order...they love it...unfortunatley i didn't see that number 3 and 4 weren't in the right order before taking this pic!

the day has come...and gone! the year has been very different but very special as I finished my first year of teaching preschool...3's and 4's to be exact. not my ideal job, i need to admit, but overall a great experience. i am unsure if i will be going back in the fall but if i do i will have 4 of my same kids so that would be nice...we continue to pray and figure out a direction to take. meanwhile, i have a few weeks off before starting my summer job teaching at the Charlotte Children's Theatre!! i'm pumped about it.

Your shirts look so neat -- the shirts we did for field day (and just finished today) look... like kindergarteners made them. Your kids are so lucky.
How cute they are! Their shirts are adorable - and they look like it was QUITE a year!!! :)
What a great experience teaching preschoolers!! Those shirts were such a cute idea!! I bet those kids will really miss you :)
The last day of school is always rather bittersweet...great because you're DONE, but it's always sad too because you form such attachments to those little kiddos! I'm sure you were a little sad to say goodbye!! Enjoy your few weeks off before starting the new job. I've got a great idea...come visit me and hang out with all my preschoolers!!
